Warranty

Our StrollAir strollers are produced from the finest quality materials and are manufactured under the strictest quality controls. We stand behind our products 100% and provide one of the best customer service in the industry.

We guarantee all our products or any part of it against faulty manufacture for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. This guarantee is not effective against accidental damage or damage caused by incorrect use or neglect. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Strollers must be registered within 90 days of the date of purchase in order to receive service under warranty.

Defective product or part of thereof will be replaced at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.
Damages due to misuse, neglect wear and tear are not covered under manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to instruction manual for guidance on stroller’s assembly, maintenance, and use.

 

Return Policy

There is a 14-day return policy for all items purchased on StrollAir website.

In order to start the return process, please contact us to get approval for return/refund. After receiving the approval and return instructions, ship the item back to us.

PLEASE NOTE: All items must be brand new, unused, and in its original packaging to be accepted. The customer is responsible for shipping the returned item. Return shipping will not be refunded.

Returning items not pre-authorized may result in a REJECTION of refund.

Only customers who have purchased from StrollAir.com are eligible for a return under the above rules.

You must contact the vendor from which you purchased the product and follow their guidelines.

We are unable to process any returns, exchanges, credits or refunds for any product purchased outside of StrollAir.com.
